At Agaradhi Trends, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
  2. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. To request a cancellation, please contact us through our registered contact details with your order number and registered mobile number/email address.
  4. If the cancellation is approved, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

  1. We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product ordered.
  2. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs/videos showing the issue.
  3. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
  4. Products damaged due to misuse, washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. Change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference may not qualify for a refund unless otherwise agreed by Agaradhi Trends.

Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Agaradhi Trends.
